Our Cocoa Beans Trinitario
Cocoa beans are classified by traditional varieties, including Forastero, Trinitario and Criollo. Forastero has a strong flavor, is easy to grow, and accounts for about 80% of the world's production. Criollo is the most advanced variety, accounting for less than 5% of the world's total production. As for Trinitario, it is a hybrid of Criollo and Forastero with high-quality cocoa beans, accounting for about 15% of the production.
Bean to Bar simply means from "beans" to chocolate "bar", and you can taste the original cacao bean flavour with our chocolate, our beans are full of fruity and berry notes. Fine chocolate is rich in antioxidants, which claims to reduce risk of heart disease, and antioxidants is good for skin as well. Our 100% chocolate contains only cacao, and for other %, cane sugar or coconut sugar is added, other natural ingredients like tea leaves, coffee beans are ground together during the process to make different flavours of chocolate.
